A simple concept, one vineyard, one variety, one vintage.

"I love to get the different feelings from the different parcels. The variety of the soil is extraordinary here, indeed we have schist and granit as well as clay and gravels, and in different parts of the Estate different soils. The old rivers that shaped the hills created and a lot of rolled river pebbles and silts. And all of this combines, so with this diversity there is nothing to do but respect and try to express, to reveal this terroir. And that’s why I immediately thought about the following philosophy: one vineyard – one variety – one vintage."

Following the same principles in the winery as we do in the vineyards, we make our wines with a minimum intervention using wild yeasts for the fermentations, very limited doses of sulfites, and an adapted ageing for each type of wine.
