High Character
We are pioneers of a unique style: wines naturally low in alcohol, achieved not trough dealcolisation but through a set of specific agronomical techniques. Crisp, elegant and refreshing wines naturally low in alcohol fruit of meticulous and innovative vineyard management technique. We work following an approach aimed at expressing purity and verticality : single vineyard, single variety, single terroir.
Our range includes InBianco ( 100% Vermentino), InRosso ( 100% Merlot) and InGiove 100% Sangiovese, which will we soon joined by our InRose’ and by our very first traditional method sparking InBolle. All with naturally lower alcohol made from grapes grown according to the principles of Biodynamics. Our reserve wine Serto 100% Sangiovese made only in the best vintages at full maturation of the grapes and with “ normal” alcohol completes the collection
Autochthonous Varieties
We aim to be ambassadors for local, autochthonous varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Sangiovese, Vermentino, and restore an almost lost variety, Canaiolo Bianco. Two travelers, Merlot and Petit Manseng are also part of the team.
Driven by the principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture, we believe in harmony and balance between each element to create a pure expression of this unique terroir.
Biodynamic Farm
Work with the elements, rather than control them
As a biodynamic farm, the balance between the different elements of the estate is fundamental.
Cows, donkeys, and horses roam freely, grazing in our vineyards, and producing the manure we use for our preparation 500.
All Natural
We believe nature knows best and that the less we interfere, the more the authentic voice of the land is allowed to emerge.
Using cover-crops as green fertilizers, preparations of different extracts of plants, honey and propolis, together with a work in rhythm with the cycles of the moon, stars and sun, is the most natural way to showcase the purity of the fruit.
Inrosso
Inrosso is a dynamic, thrustingly-linear, succulent Merlot with an ethereal bouquet, refined crispness, and a lovely, tangy vein of acidity that magisterially complements a dense suite of tannins flanked by fragrant dark cherry and wild strawberries.
Inbianco
Inbianco is a subtle expression of its terroir, at once floral and minerally. The Vermentino is picked at the very moment of peak ripeness to keep the alcohol light (10.5%) and the palate deliciously fragrant. To maximise its aromatic delicacy, most of the grapes are fermented in steel, with a smaller proportion in barrel.
