She was creating the guidelines for wine inspiration, while Irena
was running the artistic side of the project. Villa Albella is now transformed into a hub of
artistic expression, culinary exploration, and intercultural dialogue.
Meanwhile the stunning surrounding nature seemed to sway in approval, as if acknowledging
the harmony that had been forged between different worlds.
Nicoletta Dicova
Nicoletta Dicova ( Nikoleta Dikova) is leading the project of Colline Albelle. After completing her Master Degree in Enology and Wine Marketing she has been actively collecting wine titles over the past 15+ years: WSET Certified, French Wine Scholar, VDP Ambassador, Cava and Port Advanced Educator etc. She is currently pursuing her Master of Wine title. Nicoletta is a regular Guest Professor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Bra, Piedmont and at Scuola Superiore di Sant’Anna, Pisa. Her explorations of the world of flavours and aromas go beyond wine: Miss Dicova is also a honey sommelier, a Pommelier ( the first female Pommelier in Italy), chocolate, beer, cheese and olive oil taster among her other accolades. Passionate advocate of sustainability and natural farming techniques, trained at the Italian Permaculture Academy ( PDC certified) her vision for Colline Albelle is to see the estate among the leaders of the green transition in Italy and beyond as well as among the producers of some of the finest wines in Italy
